Does Tiny House Chattanooga offer tours
Insurance restrictions disallow us from conducting in-person tours are not offered at this time.
- Do you have in-house financing?
Unfortunately, we do not offer in-house financing. However, there are several financial institutions (including credit unions), that provide offer personal loans at a fair interest rate for customers with excellent credit and a favorable job history.
Can you help with parking/land?
The #1 question we receive is about land. Since each locality has their own set of zoning regulations, we do not get involved with parking. We do however, recommend talking with a real estate agent and/or the city council where you plan to live.
How long does it take to build a tiny house?
Due to the availability of supplies/materials and build complexity, a build averages between 3-5 months and is dependent on our build calendar.
